On completion of this course, the students will be able to: 

CO6: Define the basics of abnormal psychology and the differences between what is considered normal and abnormal behaviour.

CO7: Understand to what extent do biological, cognitive and sociocultural factors influence abnormal behaviour.

CO8: Identify the basic standards for the diagnosis and classification of personality disorders. 

CO9: To learn about the varous levels of intellectual disability and the factors reposnsible for it

CO10: To have awareness about the diagnostic criteria and casual factors behind substance related and addictive disorders.
