On completion of this course, the students will be able to:

CO126: Develop an understanding of kinds of norms necessary for test standardization and their application.

CO127: Acquiring knowledge about different kinds of intelligence tests and their utilization in different fields.

CO128: Demonstrating an understanding of various interest, attitude and vocational tests and their importance in different sectors.

CO129: Understand the various projective tests of personality and their theoretical background and strengths and weaknesses of tests.

CO130: Appraise the use of psychological assessment tools in organizational settings.

Approach in teaching:

Interactive Lectures, Discussion, Tutorials, Reading assignments, Demonstration, Team teaching

Learning activities for the students:

Self-learning assignments, Effective questions, Simulation, Seminar presentation, Giving tasks, Field practical
