Date: 24/7/2014

The Dept of psychology conducted a field visit to Bosch, a leading supplier and manufacturer of automotive battery, industrial batteries standby, solar & telecom applications, inverters, automotive batteries, etc. 35 students of psychology honours and M.A. went along with Dr. Chandrani Sen, Additional HOD, Dept of Psychology.

The purpose behind this visit was to familiarize the students with the organizational structure. The students saw the company and interacted with the managers and supervisors. They observed the company’s organizational climate and the hierarchy in the company.

The visit was a great learning experience for the students who had hands-on experience of working environment.
